This English version is a translation provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At Olloa, your satisfaction is our priority.
Consumable products
For hygiene and food safety reasons, drinks and consumable products cannot be returned or exchanged once the order has been delivered.
Damaged product or order error
If you receive a damaged or defective product, or one that does not match your order, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at contact@olloa.ca, with a photo of the product concerned. We will replace it or refund you.
Order cancellation
An order can be cancelled as long as it has not been shipped. Contact us quickly at contact@olloa.ca.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Cancelling the Passport
You can cancel within 90 days of your purchase. Each month already received is charged at the store price: 10 bottles at $6.99 ($69.90) + $14 shipping (the actual cost of a Canada Post shipment), i.e. $83.90 per month received. We refund the rest.

Amounts before tax: the tax on the refunded portion is refunded too, as is the deposit on bottles not delivered. Deliveries stop and the Passport benefits (founder price, delivery included) end. You never pay more than the Passport price.
After 90 days, the Passport is final: it can no longer be cancelled or refunded, and you keep receiving your deliveries until the 12th month. If we cannot deliver a scheduled month, that month is refunded to you.
Paid with Shop Pay installments? Olloa receives the full price at purchase: your installments are a credit agreement between you and Affirm. If you cancel within 90 days, the refund first reduces what you still owe Affirm; the rest goes back to your card. After 90 days, you keep paying your installments to Affirm, as set out in your agreement. Interest already paid to Affirm is not refundable.
