SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery

We deliver anywhere in Québec. Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times then vary by region and carrier, usually between 2 and 8 business days.

Shipping costs

Standard delivery costs $12 and is free for any order of $49.90 or more. Express delivery costs $20.

Free pickup

Pickup is free at 1780 rue Décarie, Saint-Laurent (Montréal). You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready.

Olloa Club subscriptions

Club orders are charged and delivered once a month. Delivery is free for all Club plans.

Order tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
