Homemade Bissap Kit — Signature

The Olloa taste, made at home. For each litre: 1 sachet of hibiscus flowers, 1 scoop of sugar, 1 litre of water and 1 Olloa Blend mini vial.

The Signature Kit is our Homemade Bissap Kit with the touch that makes the difference: our "Olloa Blend" mini vials, a blend of mint, orange and vanilla. The same spirit as our bottled bissap, to make yourself.

In the box

• 1 collapsible measuring pitcher in food-grade silicone, marked for water (up to 1 L) with a "sugar" line. It folds flat and doubles as the kit's box.
• Infusion sachets of ground hibiscus flowers and mint. 1 sachet = 1 litre.
• Olloa Blend mini vials of 2 mL. 1 vial = 1 litre.
• 1 recipe card in French and English.

How it works

1. Fill the pitcher with sugar up to the "sugar" line and pour it into your big carafe.
2. Fill the pitcher with very hot water up to the 1 L mark, add 1 sachet and steep for 15 minutes.
3. Remove the sachet, pour over the sugar, add 1 Olloa Blend vial and stir.
4. Repeat for each litre. Let cool and serve well chilled, over ice.

Good to know

• Ingredients: sachets: hibiscus flowers, mint. Vials: mint, orange and vanilla extracts.
• Kit storage: in a dry place, away from light.
• Your prepared bissap: in the fridge, drink within 3 days.
• Sugar is not included: you add it using the pitcher.
